Relating to Christ as King

Matthew 21:1-16 – Jesus triumphal entry points to Jesus’ kingship. Relating to him as King is vital for our faith since his Kingship provides a higher authority, a greater power and a more wonderful purpose for our lives.

John 15:1-12 – Christians bear fruit through union with Christ. The Father prunes our fruitfulness for growth and disciplines our outright disobedience. Our job is to remain in Christ by loving one another as he has loved us.

Knowing The Father

John 15:10-23 – As we know Christ and grow in conformity to him, the Spirit makes known the Father to us by communicating his love to us more and more. So it is that we come to share ever more deeply in the Son’s relationship with the Father in the Spirit.
